- 4 Chaga Elixir Packet
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice (and optional passion fruit)
- 3 cups filtered water
Combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of coconut sugar into a saucepan, on low. Heat until sugar dissolves, then stir in chaga packets. Set aside and let cool. Juice 1 cup of lemon juice, scoop out 2-3 passion fruit and combine with remaining 2 cups of room temp water into a pitcher. Add the chaga/sugar mixture when cooled, then add ice & sliced lemons for looks.
