Amping up your fitness routine as summer comes into view? These easy to make hydration gummies are a great pre- or post-workout snack to support recovery and hydration, with the perfect blend of protein, carbs and electrolytes. Stash 'em in your gym bag or pack them on your next hike to have a tasty, hydrating treat on hand! 

Easy Hydration Blend Recovery Gummies




1. In a small pot over medium heat, combine the pomegranate juice and honey (if using).

2. Reduce the heat to low and gently whisk in the gelatin powder and Hydration Blend one tablespoon at a time until completely combined.

3. Remove from heat and pour into silicone molds.

4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.

5. Once set, pop the gummies out of the mold and enjoy anytime you need a pre- or post-workout pick-me-up!


No silicone molds? no problem! Line a small baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture over top and allow to harden. Then cut into small squares.

Not a fan of pomegranate? Switch it out for your favorite kind of juice (just make sure it's 100% juice).
