It's one of the most common questions we receive: “Hey Four Sigmatic, can I drink my mushrooms iced?”

The answer is, “of course you can!” In fact, it’s one of the best ways to enjoy our products, especially during the balmy days of summer. But we understand, it can be a bit confusing figuring out how to serve your ‘shrooms on ice. Because unless you’re adding them to a smoothie (something we definitely recommend by the way), most of our products require hot water to mix.

But that shouldn’t stop you from getting your chill on! Today we’re sharing a recipe our entire team is obsessed with – The Iced Matcha Latte. So good. So easy. So icy. Grab it below and get ready to chill out: 

Iced Coconut Matcha Latte


  • 1 tsp Mushroom Matcha
  • 4 oz. hot water
  • Chilled coconut milk, to taste
  • Ice
  • Optional: sweetener of choice


1. Place Mushroom Matcha powder in a 16 oz. glass

2. Add hot water and whisk until frothy

3. Add chilled coconut milk, plenty of ice and sweetener, if using

4. Stir and enjoy!



To make matcha ice cubes:

Combine 1 tsp Mushroom Matcha powder with 8 oz. hot water. Whisk and allow to cool. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze.
