These little energy balls could assist balanced energy and if you are following a ketogenic diet, they are perfect for an on-the-go snack."
Seed & Nut Adaptogenic Energy Balls
Makes 12 balls, 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup red walnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp coconut butter
- 1 packet Adaptogen Coffee
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pulse until ingredients start to stick together, about 10-15 seconds.
3. Roll into 1/2 inch balls and store in the refrigerator. Pop one when you need a little extra boost!
