Ready to amp up your energy this summer? Whip up a batch of the Seed & Nut Adaptogenic Energy Balls this weekend to keep you going through all the festivities.

From the recipe's creator, Sarah Greenfield of Fearless Fig: "Pumpkin seeds contain iron, which could support energy for athletes, especially those who may be low in iron. Hemp seeds and walnuts may provide omega-3's, which assist full body wellbeing. These little energy balls could assist balanced energy and if you are following a ketogenic diet, they are perfect for an on-the-go snack."

Seed & Nut Adaptogenic Energy Balls

Makes 12 balls, 4 servings



  • 1/4 cup red walnuts
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 packet Adaptogen Coffee



1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Pulse until ingredients start to stick together, about 10-15 seconds.

3. Roll into 1/2 inch balls and store in the refrigerator. Pop one when you need a little extra boost!
