The recipe below features reishi an adaptogenic mushroom that could support occasional stress and better sleep, along with warming ginger. Make yourself a cup anytime you need to kick back and relax, or when you feel a cold coming on.


Spiced Reishi Hot Cacao with Ginger


Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz hot water
  • 4 oz coconut milk (warmed)
  • 1 packet Reishi Hot Cacao
  • 1 Tbsp carob powder
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions: 

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, enjoy!
